How long will my package take to arrive?
Our orders are packed and shipped between 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment.
Orders are shipped out via USPS only. Once received by them, shipping may vary due to distance from the state of New York. Note that delivery may take longer during the holiday seasons.
Orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment. 
What is your return policy?
Once our product has been shipped and delivered, we cannot assure the purity of the merchandise. For this reason, product cannot be taken back or resold, so therefore returns or exchanges aren't accepted. Yes we know it can be difficult to order new skincare products online, so your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please do not hesitate to let us know about it as soon as possible via email. Someone from our staff will reach out to you in a timely manner. 
What if a product arrives damaged?
We try our best to carefully pack our products in order to get to you intact and in one piece, but once your package leaves our possession, it's hard to know how it's handled during shipping. If for any reason your order was delivered to you damaged, please contact us right away. A team member will help remedy the situation. 
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once package is marked delivered to address you provided, but for some reason it isn't in your possession, you will have to contact your local USPS and file a claim.
What are my shipping costs and options?
Shipping anywhere in the US flat rate is $8, but to keep our customers happy, we are working on free shipping in the near future.
International rates apply by distant and weight. Rate will be calculated at checkout or you can kindly send us an email in regards to rate prior to checking out.
Missing item/s
What if my order is missing an item/s?
Orders are packed and shipped as soon as payment is confirmed. We make sure to double check everything, but mistakes can surely happen to anyone. If your order arrives to you incomplete, please let us know. We will either include it in your next order, issue you a refund or ship it out to you right away. The choice is yours.
